Trans and Non-binary students Resource: GLSEN has released a new research brief
"Improving School Climates for Trans and Nonbinary Youth”.
This brief illustrates the experiences of transgender and nonbinary students
in K-12 schools by describing trans and nonbinary students’ experiences with hostile school climate, examining trans and nonbinary students’ reports of access to school supports, and whether and how these supports provide benefits specifically to this population of students.

Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) held on November 20 is a national (and international) day to remember those we have lost to anti-trans violence.  2021 was a record breaking year with mote then 180 anti-trans bills across the country and violence towards the trans community.

In the United States in 2021, 47 known transgender and non-binary identified persons were killed marking the highest rate recorded and unfortunately we heard of two more lost to violence just this week and are still waiting confirmation.  #saytheirnames
